Mitzi Rae - Radical Hearts Frequency Activation and Body Therapy

Spinal Flow and Reiki Practitioner, Activator Healer/Coach and ASEA independent associate.

My mission is to help people connect deeper with their bodies; our bodies hold our innate wisdom of healing, along with intelligence to function, move, grow, experience and express ourselves in our everyday lives.
I hold space for deep relaxation, body nurturing and conscious expansion.
I assist in the releasing of physical and emotional stressors, using energy healing and body work techniques to stabilize, restore and activate the core aspects of you, for you to realign into your unique natural flow and optimum health and well-being.
You deserve to live a full-filling and enjoyable life!
