“From a very young age I considered myself an artist.

When I was 5 I had an idea. I drew a handful of pictures and went around to all the elderly neighbours and asked if they would like to buy my drawings for 10c each lol (entrepreneur in the making too!).

When I was 6 I won my first art competition at the local library and the same year, my first trophy for dancing (Jazz Ballet).”

As an artist, my creativity is displayed and expressed in every aspect of my life. How I dress, how I love to write, my home, my photography and my dancing.

Both my businesses have flourished from a hobby. I paid mentors to teach me basic fundamentals and from there created my own style and flair.. With my dancing I made it a personal goal the last few years to practice and have fun with it every day.

All my artistic ideas I envision, create and bring them to life so I can share and inspire others.

I have been a (international award winning) baby, children and family photographer since 2011. But my soul’s happy place has been on the dance floor all my life. Flow dancing found me in 2018 when I bought my first LED flow toy, a levi wand. I fell madly in love with my next find, a set of rainbow silk fans…. and now I boast a rather large collection of silk fans and flow toys to dance with daily.

Last year I had so many people asking that I started teaching one on one OR group workshops to connect with others. Just learn technical moves & fluidity with silk fans to feel confident in your own self-expression.

I can’t wait to share this joy and passion with you!! Fans are provided for workshops, with some usually available for purchase in person.  There is a beginner workshop on this Saturday!

My photography business Just Photography – https://www.facebook.com/justkidsphotography I launched in 2011 on Facebook. I started out doing mainly families and kids but soon came to realise that babies were absolutely my specialty. I’m known as the baby whisperer and have 100s of amazing reviews, it’s humbling. My work is likened to Anne Geddes as I love lots of colour and have hundreds of backdrops and props. Definitely a propaholic lol

Last week I reluctantly jumped on a couple of dating apps and in true entrepreneurial style saw a niche opportunity in the abysmal state of affairs of people’s profiles and photos. So I decided to start Just Singles Photography and offer to help everyone upgrade their personal resume, which your dating and social profiles basically are. I’ll be sharing tips on how to take great photos of yourself, how to do a good simple bio with clear non negotiables or what you’re after and a couple of great photos to show off your best self without filters, sunglasses dead fish, fish lips and all the other same shot different profile you see over and over again. I have some events in mind for this so stay tuned if you are single 😃
